If you are ready to make better choices to renew your health, then you opened up the right blog. Everything I am about to teach you is true to the best of my knowledge, although it may be the opposite of what you have been told your whole life. For some of you, you will need an open mind and a desire to learn something new. For others, a lot of this information will be a review and friendly reminder of what you already know. My hope is to supply you with the information necessary to start your own personal health journey. Changing your way of life, how you shop, learning how to read your ingredients and what you eat takes time—baby steps to be exact. No one is perfect and changing everything overnight can often be too traumatic and end up backfiring on you. Take your steps as fast or as slow as you need to, it’s your journey.

This blog is essentially a peek inside my personal health journal. This is a lifetime collection of information that I have obtained first from my mother, a woman ahead of her time. All she had was her gut instinct and the local library and still, she was able to find research backed by science to lead a healthy lifestyle during an era where white bread, packaged food, low-fat foods and the microwave were being pushed on us as real food. She knew then that in future years to come we would be plagued with a country full of sick people and that the source of the sickness would be from all the processed food. Everyone thought she was batshit crazy, until recent years and now they all come to her for advice.

Through her, I learned to ask questions and never take anything at face value. If it’s a business the intent is profit, my goal has been to find doctors with integrity, doctors that want to teach people how to heal themselves, instead of profit being their first priority. I have spent 100’s of hours taking classes, listening to doctors and scientists that are the top in their field of research, taking notes and trying out cleansing protocols on myself. I have used this knowledge to benefit myself, my clients, my friends and my family.
