L-lysine is one of the nine essential amino acids and plays a particularly important role in the immune system. It is involved in the development of antibodies and has very important antiviral properties. In short the enemy to viruses is l-lysine! In fact studies have shown that this particular amino acid is especially beneficial for safeguarding against herpes virus. Lysine is synergistic with Vitamin C and assists with the formation of collagen and muscle tissue.
Green tea extract – There are green tea extracts and there are green tea extracts! Sufficient-C uses a 94% pure grade EGCG for maximum anti-oxident benefit. Buyer beware; all green tea extracts are not the same. Teavigo was developed for its potency and purity, with a minimum of 94% EGCg to maximize healthful benefits, and minimize impurities. Other green tea extracts have a much lower concentration of EGCg. Substantial documentation is available confirming the safety and efficacy of Teavigo. Mix 8 oz of spring water to one scoop Sufficient-C – 2,000 mg Vitamin C, 650 mg L-lysine, 400 mg. Bromelain ( 600 GDU ) and 50 mg. green tea extract ( 94% pure )
It is best to drink within 25 minutes of mixing up a glass for optimal effect. Note: Make as much as you are able to drink at that time.
